Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Education and Qualifications: The candidate should possess all or most of the following educational background and qualities:
   1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
   2. Proven experience as a Linux and Windows System Administrator.  
   3. In depth knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.  
   4. Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.  
   5. Experience with virtualization technologies.  
   6. Proficient in scripting languages.  
   7. Solid understanding of security best practices and protocols.  
   8. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.  
   9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A LINUX AND WINDOWS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux and Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and system components.
• Install, configure, and maintain various LAMP servers on Linux and Windows system.
• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard our IT environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement scalable and reliable IT solutions.
• Perform routine system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with IT related inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Linux Professional Institute Certification, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server)..
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in ERP and CRM Platforms such as Dolibarr
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Highly motivated and target driven personality.
• Problem solving abilities.
